We work in the areas of: properties and facilities, procurement, payroll and invoice management, administration, information management, and operational services such as food service, transport, facility maintenance, and care-related services.
Meals are part of operational services, which is a division of Regionservice. In our meals department, we produce meals for patients, staff, and visitors. At the hospitals, we operate restaurants, cafés, shops, and also provide conference and catering services.
Your Responsibilities
• Plan and prepare meals for our guests.
• Process orders.
• Participate in continuous improvements of operations, such as developing work environment, menus, and recipes.
• Perform measurements and documentation according to the self-control program.
• Ensure the correct quality of meals is delivered.
• Provide top-class service to our guests.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have very good Swedish language skills in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension, as this is essential for ensuring patient safety in our operations.
• Have completed restaurant training and at least three years of work experience.
It is an advantage if you have experience with dietary cooking/special diets.
We are looking for someone who can work independently and in a structured manner with great empathy and a strong service mindset.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Employment Terms
Permanent position with start date by agreement.
We are staffed every day of the year between 07:00-16:15.
