JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In the role of cook at the Central Kitchen in Gällö, you will work together with the rest of the team to prepare food and special diets, prepare salads, serve, clean the kitchen and dining area, and perform quality control. You will also package and handle shipments to various customers. We prepare and serve approximately 450 portions every school day to our guests in schools, childcare, and elderly care. Working hours: Monday-Friday including public holidays and scheduled weekend shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We expect that you have training as a cook/chef with a focus on large-scale kitchen operations or equivalent. Experience working in large-scale kitchens and knowledge of special and dietary food are advantageous. We would like you to have good collaboration skills, be responsive and service-oriented, and have a positive demeanor to contribute to a common sense of joy at work. You work according to a clear process where you independently and together with colleagues organize and plan work well, complete what has been started, and meet deadlines.
