Elite Stadshotellet Västerås is a first-class hotel with 137 rooms, 8 banquet and conference facilities, and Sweden's first Bishops Arms. We are now looking for you, a food lover with a passion for high quality and care for guests and colleagues. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious chef who will have great opportunity to be involved and influence the design of menus and how the kitchen should develop. It is a varied workplace as the operations include everything from our conference breaks and lunches, to Bishops Arms and the banquet hall's evening activities. Our guests primarily come from Sweden, but we also have many international guests. Many of the colleagues at the hotel are also from other countries, which makes the workplace very exciting. Great importance is placed on team chemistry, professional pride, and having an eye for detail. You are engaged, creative, and want to be part of our development journey. A positive attitude where service and quality are a matter of course for you is something we value. You have several years of experience in the profession and an interest in the hotel & restaurant industry, and you feel ready to give our guests "that little extra." You speak and write good Swedish and English, and of course you are a trained chef. You report to the hotel's head chef.
