We are looking for an experienced and independent chef for our lunch operations in Barkarby, Järfälla. You will be primarily responsible for preparing and cooking food for our lunch buffet. We are looking for someone who can work independently, plan daily production, and maintain consistent high quality food. Responsibilities ● Prepare and cook food for the lunch buffet ● Plan and prepare the day's lunch ● Ensure the buffet is well-stocked and maintains good quality throughout lunch service ● Handle raw materials efficiently and minimize food waste ● Follow hygiene, food safety, and quality control procedures ● Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized We are looking for someone who ● Has experience working as a chef, preferably with lunch or buffet operations ● Can work independently and take responsibility for the kitchen during lunch service ● Is fast, organized, and able to handle stress ● Has strong knowledge of food hygiene ● Is punctual, reliable, and maintains a professional work approach Employment The position is primarily based during daytime/lunch hours on weekdays.
