UMI SUSHI BAR operates sushi bars in Kungälv and Kungsbacka. We offer both traditional and nouveau (up-to-date) sushi made from fine ingredients and with lots of passion. Our focus is to deliver sushi of the highest quality at reasonable prices with top-class customer experience. As a sushi chef you should be able to fillet different types of fish, especially salmon, tuna, halibut, and you have good knowledge of handling raw materials and especially raw fish. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, can plan your work and is fast, service-minded, stress-tolerant, self-driven and organized.
