Chef Wanted for Well-Established Restaurant in Central Lund

We are seeking a CHEF with AT LEAST 4 years of documented experience who is a team player and has a great passion for the craft for a cozy bistro/brasserie with French touches and Scandinavian/international influences. You should have a passion for cooking, be creative, organized, curious, motivated, positive, energetic, able to pick up pace/maintain tempo (stress-tolerant), honest, reliable, and punctual. The work involves ordering supplies (Swedish language is a requirement), receiving goods, preparing and processing raw ingredients, suggesting and cooking dishes, cleaning up after service, handover, and sanitation. The restaurant is open Monday-Saturday for lunch and dinner. Closed on Sundays except Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Advent Sundays. Employment according to Visita and HRF rules & guidelines, affiliated with Fora. Hospitality among staff is just as important as it is with guests. The restaurant is located in the heart of Lund with bus and train connections within a 5-minute distance.
