1 position(s). Administration and Development in the Meals Unit Do you want to help create the joy of mealtimes for children, students, and seniors in Hjo Municipality? The meals unit is now seeking an engaged employee who wants to contribute to the development of our eleven kitchens. This role is a combination of practical and administrative work where you work 50 percent as a chef and 50 percent as administrative support to the meals manager. The role gives you the opportunity to combine your passion for food with development work and be an important part of strengthening the quality of the municipality's meals services. Your responsibilities will include: working with our food data program Mashie managing internal billing coordinating temporary staff recruitment participating in the development of meals services and our work processes contributing to menu planning with a focus on food enjoyment, health, and sustainability inspiring and supporting our kitchens through training and development initiatives. Together we create meals that are delicious, nutritious, and sustainable – and that make a difference every day. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in food and mealtimes and wants to help develop the future of public meals services. You are organized, quality-conscious, and have a good ability to communicate and collaborate with others. Since part of the role involves inspiring and training staff in our kitchens, you need to be able to plan, implement, and follow up on training initiatives in a pedagogical and engaging manner. We are looking for someone with: chef training experience working in public meals services good digital skills and experience working with different systems, preferably the Mashie food data program good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written B-class driver's license As a person, you are attentive, inclusive, and communicative. You enjoy working both independently and with others and have a solution-oriented approach. You see development as a natural part of work and contribute with engagement and a positive attitude.
