About the Workplace
At Ösby Naturbruksgymnasium, we serve lunch to high school students as well as breakfast and dinner to students who live on campus. The restaurant also has a cafeteria with sandwiches and refreshments for students. We are now looking for a cook who will work together with two fellow cooks and a head chef.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve delicious meals adapted to our guests
Prepare and serve special diets
Cashier and service in the school's cafeteria
Regular large kitchen tasks such as quality control, cleaning, and dishwashing
Qualifications
Good knowledge of ingredients, cooking, special diets, and hygiene procedures
Have completed high school hospitality and restaurant education or equivalent
Several years of experience working as a cook in public or private food service
Service-oriented and collaborative
Good computer skills and fluent communication in Swedish, both spoken and written
Valid B-class driver's license and access to your own car
Great importance is placed on personal suitability - we value commitment, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
Employment Terms
Permanent position, full-time, daytime hours
Start as soon as possible or by agreement
Individual salary determination. A probationary period may apply
