JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a cook, you bear responsibility for the preparation, cooking, and serving of delicious, safe, and nutritious meals with consideration for the environment. Other important job duties include responsibility for special diets, bread baking, participation in menu planning and procurement, openness to preparing new dishes, and daily management of both dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen and dining area. QUALIFICATIONS Cooking education in commercial kitchens/restaurants or experience that the employer deems equivalent. Experience cooking food in large quantities. Documented experience. Great knowledge/passion for cooking, food quality, environmental thinking, and with the guest in focus. Extensive knowledge and understanding of allergies.
