About the job As a chef with us, you'll work at Bryggan Brasserie & Vinbar in Hjo harbor. You'll work alongside the head chef and restaurant manager on all kitchen tasks. We'd like to see 2-4 years of kitchen experience. A genuine interest in food and drink is essential to thrive in this role. Good language skills in Swedish and English. For many, Bryggan Brasserie & Vinbar is the natural choice when it comes to dining in Hjo. The restaurant is beautifully located right next to the waters of Vättern. Here you sit in the middle of a marina at Europe's sixth largest lake with panoramic views over the water. Bryggans menu is diverse and based on a classic French à la carte menu with a variety of meat, fish, and vegetarian/vegan dishes. We cook everything from scratch using seasonal ingredients. With two lovely outdoor terraces with opportunities for sun both in the morning and evening, Bryggans location makes it absolutely the most attractive spot for tourists and locals in Hjo. In addition to Bryggan, we also have our side spot Norra Piren with events and summer lunch. Salary according to agreement or by negotiation depending on responsibilities.
