About the Position As Cluster Manager at Hälsoprofilen, you are one of the key players in our operations organization at Hälsoprofilen in Malmö. In your role, you are responsible for three facilities (City, Hyllie, Västra hamnen) and lead a small team consisting of personal trainers and part-time receptionists/instructors. The work is very operational as you will have a couple of training sessions in your schedule, conduct introductions for new members, and ensure that our facilities are 5.0! Sales is a major part of the work. You will be measured on a weekly and monthly basis against your budget, and the expectation is that you work as hard as you can to reach it. For you to do a really great job in this role, we believe you are a driven winner with strong interpersonal skills. You are responsible, adaptable, and structured and always have the facilities' best interests in mind. Working hours are 40h/week, Monday-Friday, with the majority of evening hours until Thursday. You report directly to the Regional Manager. We are looking for someone who: - Is competitive and has an interest and drive to want to be the best in your role - Has a strong ability to lead others - Is passionate about fitness & health - Is passionate about sales - Is fluent in speaking and writing Swedish with good English skills - Has a B-driver's license and access to a car - Is accustomed to working varied tasks in a fast-paced environment with flexible responsibilities Meritorious: - Previous experience working in the fitness industry - Is a certified personal trainer - Previous experience working in sales Good to Know: Start: Fall. Scope: Full-time (Trial employment) Salary: Monthly salary + bonus Location: Malmö You will report to the Regional Manager. If needed, you may be required to be available after regular working hours.
