About the role Would you like to lead an organization where people, development, and community are at the center? Koberg Golf Club is facing an exciting future and is now seeking an engaged and business-driven Club Manager who wants to help develop the operations further. You will have a key role with significant responsibility, where you will have the opportunity to influence the club's development, strengthen member experience, and create long-term growth. As Club Manager, you are the club's operational leader with overall responsibility for the operations. You work closely with the board, staff, committees, and partners, and you are the person who brings everything together, drives development forward, and ensures that operations run efficiently on a daily basis. About the organization Koberg Golf Club is an established golf club with approximately 1,100 members and an annual revenue of around 10 MSEK. The club is characterized by strong commitment, high quality, and a clear ambition to continue growing and developing. With a focus on sustainability, the club actively works to reduce its environmental impact, with the goal of having a fossil-free machinery fleet within the coming years. At the same time, there is a clear business ambition to increase the club's revenue through continued development of memberships, green fees, sponsorships, and new opportunities for the organization. Job description As Club Manager, you have broad responsibility and a central function in the club's continued development. You will, among other things: • Lead and develop the club's operations in close collaboration with the board • Be responsible for finances, budgets, payroll management, and ongoing follow-up • Have personnel responsibility and create a clear, engaging, and pleasant work environment • Coordinate operations together with the course manager, sports manager/business, PGA pro, restaurateur, and other partners • Work with marketing and development of the club's brand • Identify opportunities that create growth and strengthen the club's position • Report to the board where the club's chairman is your direct manager Qualifications We are looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role and who is motivated by developing both operations and people. You are a person who builds trust, creates strong relationships, and makes things happen. You have a strong ability to create structure, make decisions, and drive matters forward while being unpretentious and present in the organization. We believe that you have: • Experience leading an organization or business with profit responsibility • Knowledge of finances, budgets, and follow-up • Experience with personnel management and organizational change • Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with many different stakeholders Experience from associations, the tourism industry, sports operations, or golf is a merit but not a requirement.
