Responsibilities
As a Clinic Coordinator, you will participate in operational planning and work organization. You will be involved in change and quality initiatives, both clinical and administrative. You share responsibility for personnel matters, administration and documentation, and assist in deviation management, manage ordering of goods and materials, and handle invoices.
The Clinic Coordinator is part of a management team together with the Clinic Manager and is responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted according to established guidelines. The scope of tasks may vary; you work both administratively and clinically.
About the workplace
At Maxo Dental AB, we currently have 4 dentists, 3 dental hygienists, and 2 dental therapists. We are located in a renovated, fresh, and beautiful facility. Here we work together to develop the clinic. At Maxo Dental AB, we work with all types of dental treatments: dental implants, cosmetic treatments, orthodontics, invisible orthodontics, and general dentistry.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with dental care education who finds it easy to collaborate and build good relationships. You have good computer skills and very strong administrative abilities. Quality and efficiency characterize your work. You work with a high level of ambition and value understanding, respect, and compassion. Furthermore, we hope that you, like us, enjoy continuously developing and helping others develop.
Since you will communicate with patients, relatives, colleagues, and in some cases authorities in your work, it is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
