Your Workplace
We offer specialized dental care within oral and maxillofacial surgery, dental radiology, and occlusal physiology. The operations consist of three specialist clinics that are part of the oral and maxillofacial surgery operational area.
This position is located at the Specialist Clinic for Occlusal Physiology at Kronoparken, which will also be your primary workplace. The clinic employs a specialist in occlusal physiology, two ST dentists, and three dental hygienists. Here we treat patients with chronic facial pain and other occlusal physiology disorders.

Your Work Tasks
As a clinic administrator with us, you will have a varied and stimulating job. You will be part of clinic management and provide support to the clinic manager and existing clinic administrator at the oral and maxillofacial surgery department with personnel administration and other management-related tasks. The Specialist Clinic for Occlusal Physiology is located at Kronoparken, and this is where you will have your primary workplace and be an important administrative support for the operations.
Your main work tasks include:
Scheduling and personnel administration in Heroma
Handling invoices and orders
Appointment booking for occlusal physiology patients
Being an important contact person for the clinic with patients, other operations, customers, and suppliers.
You will have an important role in the operations and contribute to developing administrative routines and work methods that create favorable conditions for both patients and staff. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing both yourself and your colleagues.
Your Knowledge and Competencies
We are looking for someone who is trained as a dental hygienist, dental assistant, or nursing assistant with previous management experience. You have good knowledge of Heroma and can work with time schedules. You have a sense of how to create an efficient patient flow. You are an initiative-taking, loyal, flexible, and service-oriented person who finds collaboration easy and takes the big picture into account in your actions and decisions. We place great importance on personal suitability and particularly appreciate good teamwork and a professional demeanor.
