We offer: Employment contract for an indefinite period Standard working hours - 40 hours per week Monthly salary 816 EUR Social guarantees and health insurance after the trial period ends Main job responsibilities: Provide high-quality service to municipal customer service center clients in person and remotely – by phone, electronically and by mail Provide residents with information about the opportunity to receive state and municipal services Accept, register and direct for further consideration applications, registrations, reports, requests and letters and other documents Manage the unified circulation and formatting of documents in the Demenes apvienības pārvaldes Tabores pagasts economic department, coordinate the flow of received and sent documents Conduct document registration and accounting, monitor compliance with document execution deadlines and execution in the document management system "Lietvaris". Requirements for candidates: Higher or secondary professional education (preferably in the field of social sciences, office management or customer service) Ability to prepare and format documents in accordance with regulatory requirements State language proficiency at the highest level (C level 1st degree) Excellent computer and information systems skills Good communication skills High sense of responsibility, accuracy and diligence in performing duties Application documents: CV and motivation letter; Copies of education documents; Copy of a document certifying state language proficiency at the highest level (C1) (except for persons who obtained basic, secondary or higher education in accredited programs in Latvian language).
