Description Hällby Institution has security class 1 and is located in Kvicksund, approximately 13 kilometers outside Eskilstuna. Job Responsibilities As a Client Case Manager, you will be particularly responsible for handling clients' legal affairs cases. The work involves investigation and decision-making in accordance with the Prisons Act. We are currently seeking an experienced case manager to complement our legal affairs work at the institution by working alongside the Head of Legal Affairs to hold overall responsibility for ensuring that the legal affairs work at the institution maintains high quality and that a good structure exists for managing the operations' legal matters and promoting consistent practices. Together with the Prison Governor/Operations Manager and with legal security in focus, you will be responsible for and develop the ongoing legal affairs work and participate in legal affairs forums together with other client case managers and specialist functions. You will continuously mentor, train, and provide support to other staff in legal affairs work. Collaboration with other parts of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service and other authorities occurs frequently. Qualifications You should have excellent collaboration skills and be responsive to the needs of the operations. In your role, you need to independently take responsibility for your work tasks, structure your approach, and advance your processes while collaborating well with others and relating to them in a smooth and responsive manner. You should be able to plan and carry out your work efficiently, even under high workload, to achieve established goals and results and act in accordance with decisions made, policies, and guidelines. You should have the ability to handle large amounts of information and exercise good judgment in all situations. Requirements: • University degree (e.g., in law, behavioral science, or social sciences) or other education combined with relevant work experience that the employer finds appropriate • Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish • Good knowledge of administrative law Merits: • Experience as a client case manager within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service • Relevant language skills • Knowledge of and experience working with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's client administration system • Experience in legal advice and training Terms Working hours: Daytime Flextime agreement Other Information The Swedish Prison and Probation Service has chosen to remove the cover letter and replaced it with selection questions that are relevant to the position.
