Here you'll have the chance to combine your studies with practical work and learn the recruitment industry from the ground up.
You will work closely with our recruiters and managers and gain broad insight into the entire process, from initial candidate contact through interviews, candidate presentations, and new assignment launches.
About the Role
You'll receive clear introduction to our working methods, systems, and processes and start with tasks where you receive support and guidance. As you become more comfortable in the role, you'll gradually take on greater responsibility.
Your tasks will include candidate contact, basic phone interviews, interview scheduling, follow-up on recruitment processes, job postings, candidate searches, and administration related to candidates and assignment launches. After introduction and training, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in interviews and eventually conduct interviews independently.
Who We're Looking For
We believe you're studying within HR, personnel science, business, behavioral science, or another relevant field and want to gain practical experience alongside your studies.
You are social, curious, and organized and enjoy working with people. You take responsibility for your tasks, are comfortable with phone and email communication, and pick up new systems and working methods quickly. Previous recruitment experience is not a requirement. For us, your attitude, willingness to learn, and ambition to develop are what matter most.
