About the Job: We are looking for someone who is hardworking, interested in cooking, and passionate about creating a fantastic restaurant experience. With us, you will work with Korean cooking, serving, customer service, and typical restaurant tasks. With us you will work varying hours during the day, evenings, and weekends. About the Position As a kitchen manager chef, you have a leading role in daily operations. You are responsible for kitchen operations and quality assurance, and ensure that the business runs efficiently and professionally. Job Responsibilities: - Daily cooking and quality assurance of dishes - Open the restaurant Monday–Friday at 08:00/09:00 (work until approximately 16:00–17:00) - Manage orders and inventory - Plan purchases based on needs and budget - Lead and distribute work in the kitchen - Ensure that food safety and procedures are followed.
