Do you want to work with evidence-based psychiatry where your expertise truly makes a difference?
With us, you'll have a key role in specialist psychiatry, where every patient encounter is an opportunity to make a difference. In our committed multidisciplinary team, you work with structure, quality, and evidence-based care – where your expertise both develops the care and creates the best possible outcomes for patients.
Working as a Psychologist or Psychotherapist at WeMind
The CBT therapist's role at WeMind is central in ensuring our patients receive evidence-based care processes and regular follow-up. You'll work with various psychiatric diagnoses treated within specialist psychiatry, primarily with assessments and individual and group-based psychological treatments. Meet our psychologists.
We work with measurement-based care, where treatment is monitored using validated rating scales together with the patient. This increases patient participation and enables individualized treatment that adds value for the patient. Follow-ups are conducted digitally to reduce administrative burden.
Your New Workplace
WeMind Västra Götaland provides general psychiatric outpatient care through two agreements with the Västra Götaland Region. Through one agreement, we operate a general psychiatric outpatient clinic located in Gothenburg where we treat almost all types of psychiatric diagnoses, and this is the agreement this position is directed toward. We also have a diagnostic assessment agreement that includes neuropsychiatric assessments for children, adolescents, and adults with clinics in Gothenburg, Borås, Falköping, and Trollhättan, where patients return to their home clinics after assessment completion. Opportunity exists to also work with this agreement.
We offer a pleasant and well-structured workplace with good atmosphere, short decision-making processes, and well-designed care procedures where we put patients first. The clinic is located in attractive premises in central Gothenburg with proximity to transportation and a large selection of restaurants and cafés nearby.
