Your Responsibilities Your responsibilities will mainly consist of assessing, diagnosing, and treating adults with mental health issues. This includes treatment of mild to moderate depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and stress. The operations follow Region Skåne's guidelines for psychotherapy patient choice. You work evidence-based and have solid knowledge of learning psychology and behavioral analysis. Since the position requires daily patient contact, you have high social skills with strong clinical competence and excellent patient care abilities. You can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you have a positive outlook, are confident in your role, and can be both task-oriented and relationship-oriented. Since we work in a small, cohesive team, we place great importance on collaboration skills and fitting in with the group. You are driven by helping people feel better and by putting the patient at the center, working from a holistic perspective where you can benefit from our rehabilitation services. Individual salary negotiations are applied. The position is a permanent employment with a workload of 40 hours per week. A 6-month probationary period applies. About the Company Apex Terapi opened its doors in January 2024 and is located in the same facilities as Apex Rehab, which has several physical therapists and chiropractors. The clinic is centrally located in Limhamn and we have a large space of 635 square meters at our disposal with individual rooms, a gym, and group rooms.
