We're looking for professionals with at least 3 years of experience in public administration within any area of Social Services for consultant positions throughout Sweden. We're seeking individuals who have worked with investigations in areas such as children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adults, substance abuse, or financial assistance. As a consultant, you'll come in and support units that are in great need of extra help and make a real difference, both for the existing staff and for clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – whether it's difficulty recruiting, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that require temporary staffing. We have Social Worker positions throughout Sweden.
We see that in this challenging job market, many people also temporarily step in as consultants while they're looking for permanent positions – and in doing so, they give themselves a better chance at employment, both short-term and long-term.
Your Experience:
Social Worker degree or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in public administration
Good knowledge of computer systems
Good knowledge of relevant legislation
Ability to speak and write fluent Swedish
Driver's license

How It Works
The first step to working as a consultant with us is that we create a profile for you in our system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consulting works. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and degree certificate.
We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think it sounds like an interesting assignment, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month just like usual. We always agree on all details before we send a presentation of you to our client – it's always you who decides what you're interested in. You should always feel secure at every step of the process.
When you're out working on your assignment through us, you'll have continuous dialogue with your closest contact person at our office, who guides and supports you through the assignment from beginning to end.
