We are seeking professionals with at least 3 years of experience in government administration within any area of Social Services for consultant positions throughout Sweden. We're looking for you if you have worked with investigations in areas such as children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adult services, substance abuse, or financial assistance. As a consultant, you will step in and relieve units that are in great need of extra help, and you'll make a real difference for both the existing staff and the clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this could involve difficulties in recruiting, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that create a need for temporary staff. We have Social Worker assignments throughout Sweden.
We see that in this challenging labor market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – thus giving themselves better chances at employment, both short-term and long-term.
Your Experience:
Social Worker degree or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in government administration
Good knowledge of computer systems
Good knowledge of relevant legislation
Ability to speak and write fluent Swedish
Driver's license

How It Works
The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our operating system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consultant work functions. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and diploma.
We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can both invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month just like usual.
