We are seeking professionals with at least 3 years of experience in public administration within any area of Social Services for consultant positions throughout Sweden. We are looking for you if you have worked with investigations in areas such as children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adults, substance abuse, or financial assistance. In the role of consultant, you will come in and assist units that are in great need of extra help and make a real difference, both for existing staff and for clients. Consultants are crucial in enabling many Swedish municipalities to function optimally – this may involve difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that require temporary staffing. We have Social Worker positions throughout Sweden.
We see that in this challenging job market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – and in doing so, give themselves a greater chance of employment, both short-term and long-term.
Your Experience:
Social Worker degree or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in public administration
Good knowledge of computer systems
Good knowledge of relevant legislation
Ability to speak and write fluent Swedish
Driver's license

How It Works
The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consultant profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and certificates of qualification.
We then use this profile to match you with, and present, relevant assignments that fit your background and wishes. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual.
