We currently have around 40 employees at our facility in Urshult and have a turnover of approximately 70 million. The company is part of Alumbra Group AB, which is a corporate group with three independent subsidiaries. ABOUT THE POSITION Your main responsibilities as an edge press operator are to set up and operate the machines. The work also includes: Quality inspection of materials and manufactured products. Packing of components. Material handling with forklift. Reporting in the business system (Monitor ERP). Preventive maintenance. YOUR BACKGROUND You should have experience as a machine or press operator. The position requires technical upper secondary education or equivalent knowledge and experience. You need to have good knowledge of measurement techniques and blueprint reading as well as understanding of dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and material quality. You must also have good computer skills, experience working in business systems, and good knowledge of Swedish. It is a great advantage if you have experience with edge pressing. As a person, you are technical, thorough, collaboration and problem-solving oriented. INFORMATION The position is permanent with start date by agreement. Fixed-term employment on a trial basis applies. Working hours are daytime, but two-shift work may occur.
