Are you a meticulous and experienced edge bander who thrives in a role with responsibility and varied tasks? Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate edge banding machines Perform blueprint reading and quality control of finished components Carry out ongoing maintenance and ensure that production meets set quality requirements Handle materials and participate in continuous improvement work on the department We Are Looking for You Have relevant education or work experience in edge banding or sheet metal processing Are structured, responsible, and service-oriented Have good communication skills Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team Like to occasionally change workplaces Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Have good computer skills We Offer Secure terms according to collective bargaining agreement Opportunity for both longer assignments or permanent employment About IndustriQompetens We normally start with a fixed-term employment so that both you and we get a chance to get to know each other properly before we potentially transition to permanent employment with IQ or one of our customer companies. Depending on your background, experience, and references, a permanent employment from the start may of course be applicable. You will receive a fixed monthly salary and other compensation according to the technical agreement, which is the collective bargaining agreement that we and most of our customers are affiliated with.
