On behalf of our client, we are recruiting at Four Service a Cold Cuts Specialist for Lidingö Saluhall.

About the Position
The role is broad and varied with a focus on cold cuts, retail, and catering.
Work is primarily scheduled for weekdays during daytime, with one Saturday every other week.
Start date is in August/September by agreement.
Responsibilities
Production of salads, sandwiches, and cold cuts products
Preparation and setup for retail and catering
Handling, preparation, and cooking of shellfish
Ordering and planning of goods
Customer contact, sales, and service in the shop
Catering deliveries and event preparation
Ensuring order, quality, and hygiene in production
Experience with shellfish is a plus, but not required. The kitchen has great expertise and a strong desire to teach the right person who wants to develop together with the team.
