About the assignment
As Project Controller, you are responsible for coordinating and leading the cost estimation work within development projects. You work closely with engineering, procurement, project management, and other key functions to collect, quality assure, and compile estimates for hours, resources, and costs. The results are used as a basis for decision-making in future business and customer projects.
Your responsibilities
Responsible for developing cost estimates and cost estimations for development projects
Coordinate resource and cost information from different specialist functions
Lead and structure the estimation work for upcoming contracts
Compile and present decision-making materials for different stakeholders
Work with resource planning and reporting in Antura
Ensure that documentation and reports are of high quality
Contribute cost estimation expertise during the project startup phase
We are looking for you to work with
Cost estimation, cost estimation, project coordination, project management, or resource planning. You want to participate in project environments with many contact points and have the ability to drive the work forward in a structured way.
It would be great if you have
Interest in project activities within industry, technology, or development
Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Experience with ERP or PPM systems
Very good Excel skills
Experience or interest in larger business systems
Academic education or equivalent work experience. YOU ARE WELCOME TO BE AT THE START OF YOUR CAREER!
Good English language skills, both spoken and written
Personal qualities
To succeed in this role, you are communicative, consultative, and driven. You have strong self-leadership, dare to set demands, and can create consensus between different functions. You are comfortable with responsibility and have the ability to follow up and ensure deliveries on time.
