About the assignment
As a Project Controller, you are responsible for coordinating and leading cost estimation work within development projects. You work closely with engineering, procurement, project management, and other key functions to gather, quality assure, and compile estimates for hours, resources, and costs. The results are used as a basis for decision-making in future business and customer projects.
Your responsibilities
Responsible for developing cost estimates and cost estimations for development projects
Coordinate resource and cost information from various specialist functions
Lead and structure cost estimation work in preparation for upcoming contracts
Compile and present decision-making materials for various stakeholders
Work with resource planning and reporting in Antura
Ensure that documentation and reports maintain high quality
Contribute cost estimation expertise during project startup phases
We're looking for someone who wants to work with
Cost estimation, cost estimation, project coordination, project management, or resource planning. You want to participate in project environments with many points of contact and have the ability to drive work forward in a structured manner.
It's a plus if you have
Interest in project activities within industry, technology, or development
Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Experience with ERP or PPM systems
Very good Excel skills
Experience or interest in larger business systems
Academic education or equivalent work experience. YOU CAN ALSO BE AT THE START OF YOUR CAREER!
Strong English language skills, both spoken and written
Personal qualities
To succeed in this role, you are communicative, consultative, and driven. You have strong self-leadership, dare to set requirements, and can create alignment between different functions. You thrive with responsibility and have the ability to follow up and ensure timely delivery.
