Then this might be the role for you. Read more and apply today! Molöf Bygg AB is seeking an engaged estimator who wants to work with larger and more complex construction estimates. The role is central to the organization and involves responsibility for estimation work in close collaboration with project managers and project leaders. You will be based at our office in central Stockholm. As an estimator at Molöf, you work close to the business with estimation work throughout the entire project process, not just in the bidding phase. The projects are varied and include everything from ROT projects to more complex installation contracts. Main responsibilities: Overall responsibility for estimates throughout the entire project process Close collaboration with project managers and project leaders Participation in site visits in preparation for estimation and bidding work Involvement in purchasing and follow-up Management and understanding of KMA work We are looking for you who Have experience in estimation work Have good understanding of production processes in construction Have construction technical education, preferably post-secondary, and/or equivalent work experience Are experienced with estimation software and tools (experience with Vikels is a merit) Have very good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written Have a class B driver's license We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
