JURIST
(civil service position)
If you are interested in the development and application of regulatory acts, wish to provide legal support in the implementation of climate, energy and environmental policy, and also participate in state-owned enterprise governance matters, we invite you to join the Ministry of Climate and Energy team!
WE WILL ENTRUST YOU WITH ensuring legal assessment of developed draft legal acts, providing legal advice to structural units and preparing opinions on draft regulatory acts and development planning documents prepared by other institutions. Representing the ministry's interests and positions in legal disputes. You will provide legal support on state-owned enterprise governance matters and help coordinate cooperation between structural units in relation to state-owned enterprises in which the ministry holds state capital shares.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
academic or second-level professional higher education in law;
legal work experience of at least two years;
understanding of the structure and principles of state administration, preferably with work experience in a state administration institution and representation in legal proceedings;
knowledge and experience in administrative procedures, drafting of internal regulatory acts, decisions and contracts, inter-agency agreements and other legal act projects;
preferably experience and understanding of public person capital shares and state-owned enterprise management, corporate governance principles and related regulatory framework;
preferably experience in the development of policy planning documents and legal act projects;
good English language skills (job duties may include working with documents in English);
ability to work simultaneously with a large and diverse volume of information, prioritizing and maintaining work quality;
competencies - ability to work both in a team and independently, good communication skills, result-oriented approach, analytical thinking and ethics;
compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the Civil Service Law.
