Job responsibilities include:
drafting, evaluating and coordinating internal and external regulatory acts (orders, internal regulations, etc.) and other types of document drafts in procurement, contracts and economic matters, and ensuring their implementation in accordance with competence;
drafting, evaluating and coordinating College contract drafts, agreements, amendments to contracts or agreements in economic and training course matters, and ensuring their implementation in accordance with competence;
preparing and issuing opinions on document drafts prepared by the Ministry of Interior, its subordinate institutions and other state and municipal institutions, as well as by the State Police and its structural units in economic and training course matters;
reviewing and preparing responses to documents from other institutions and submissions from private individuals in procurement, contracts and economic matters;
organizing and conducting procurement procedures, purchase of goods and services outside procurement agreements;
ensuring preparation of documentation necessary for procurement organization;
preparing College planning documents in economic matters (work plans, procurement plans, orders, reports, etc.), compiling and preparing execution reports;
compiling and preparing reports on fulfillment of tasks set in the plans of the Ministry of Interior and State Police in economic matters;
providing College employees with consultations on procurement, contracts and economic activity matters.
Education and professional experience required for the position:
- academic or second-level professional higher education in law (jurist) or another field;
- at least two years of experience in law or procurement process organization, contract preparation;
- experience in drafting regulatory acts and contract projects;
- understanding of economic work organization (material asset circulation, procurement organization);
- ability to quickly absorb information and respond appropriately;
- continuous professional development to promote higher-quality fulfillment of job responsibilities;
- good computer skills - MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, document management system NAMEJS, work in the internet environment, as well as knowledge of information processing programs and systems used at the State Police College related to issues solved by job responsibilities.

- salary corresponding to the 10th monthly salary group and evaluation of employee individual monthly salary determination criteria (taking into account professional qualifications and competencies, work performance and workload) (from €1420.00 to €1632.00);
