Requirements for candidates:
Higher education in law;
Ability to argue, interpret, and apply legal norms;
Skills and experience in document preparation and legal analysis;
Ability to responsibly and independently plan, organize, and perform jurist duties;
Ability to make decisions consistently, set priorities, and meet deadlines;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and office equipment;
State language proficiency at the highest level (Level C, Stage 2).
Job Duties:
Prepare and conclude contracts in compliance with regulatory requirements; monitor the execution of concluded contracts;
Examine submissions, complaints, and suggestions from natural and legal persons;
Prepare draft responses to submissions, complaints, and suggestions;
Be knowledgeable of healthcare-related laws and regulatory acts and ensure their compliance;
Prepare, update various internal regulatory acts and legal documents;
Provide consultation and methodological assistance on legal matters.
