Do you want to combine legal expertise with client interaction in an international environment? We are now looking for a dedicated and business-minded lawyer who wants to become an important part of our team in Torrevieja. At Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, we help our clients realize their housing dreams in Spain. As an in-house lawyer, you will be a key person throughout the real estate transaction and ensure that our clients receive safe, professional, and personal legal advice. About the Role As an in-house lawyer, you will work closely with our brokers and clients throughout the purchase process. You are responsible for legal matters related to buying and selling residential properties in Spain and serve as a trusted advisor to our customers. Responsibilities Provide legal advice to buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Draft and review purchase agreements, reservation agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal due diligence on properties, ownership rights, and encumbrances. Manage and follow up on client matters related to property purchases. Liaise with notaries, authorities, banks, and other external parties. Support brokers and colleagues with legal questions. Inform clients about taxes, fees, and legal processes when buying property in Spain. Ensure that the business complies with applicable laws and internal procedures. About You You hold a law degree or equivalent legal qualification. You have solid knowledge of Spanish property law and real estate transactions. You speak and write fluent Swedish, English, and Spanish. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in an advisory capacity. You are meticulous, organized, and solution-oriented. You can work independently while valuing teamwork. Experience working with international clients is a plus.
