Bumbli Group AB · Vollzeit

The company is an AI-driven legal start-up that challenges the traditional legal profession. We combine qualified business law with advanced AI technology, modern work practices, and a business-focused delivery model. The company is run by lawyers, entrepreneurs, and developers with the goal of transforming how legal services are produced, delivered, and scaled – without compromising on quality, legal precision, or client value. We work closely with growth companies, tech companies, life science companies, and other business-driven enterprises that need fast, qualified, and pragmatic legal advice in their day-to-day operations. For us, legal services are not an isolated support function. They are a tool for business, risk management, structure, and growth. What we offer We deliver qualified legal services through an AI-based and scalable work model. We combine senior legal expertise with smart technology, structured processes, and a clear commercial focus. Our clients don't just want legally correct answers. They want advice that is understandable, practical, and linked to their business. Therefore, we work closely with management, founders, boards, and operational teams. We are growing rapidly and are in an expansive phase. The right person will play a central role in developing both client relationships, work methods, and the future legal offering. The role We are looking for a business lawyer with approximately 5–10 years of experience and a clear focus on commercial contract law and corporate law. You will work independently with your own client relationships and be an important legal sparring partner for growing companies. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy qualified business law but also want to work faster, smarter, and more business-focused than traditional legal environments typically allow. You will work with, among other things: • commercial agreements, such as client contracts, supplier agreements, SaaS agreements, partnership agreements, consulting agreements, distribution agreements, and collaboration agreements, • corporate law matters such as new share issues, shareholder agreements, incentive programs, corporate governance, board matters, restructurings, and owner-related issues, • ongoing advice to startups, scaleups, and SME companies, • legal advice working closely with management, founders, and commercial decision-makers, • development of our AI-driven work model and internal legal processes. You are expected not only to deliver legal services but also to contribute to how legal services can be delivered better, faster, and more customized to clients. Who we are looking for We believe you have a law degree and approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience from, for example, a law firm, in-house counsel, consulting, or other qualified business law environment. You are comfortable working independently, taking responsibility for your own matters, and having direct client contact. You have good legal methodology, commercial understanding, and the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear and useful advice. We would like to see that you have experience in several of the following areas: • commercial contract law, • corporate law, • SaaS, tech, or digital business models, • startups, scaleups, or entrepreneur-driven companies, • advice working closely with management, boards, or founders, • transaction-related or project-based legal work. It is advantageous if you have special experience in or interest in life science, such as pharmaceuticals, medtech, biotech, regulatory matters, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, or commercial collaborations within the sector. Personal qualities To thrive with us, you need to be both a lawyer and an entrepreneur in your way of working. We believe you are: • business-driven and pragmatic, • confident in client dialogue and accustomed to taking responsibility, • action-oriented and proactive, • structured without being bureaucratic, • unpretentious and solution-focused, • curious about AI, technology, and new ways of working, • comfortable in an environment where not everything is fully built. We build while we run. This means you need to enjoy development, change, and responsibility. At the same time, you will have great opportunities to influence how we work, what we build, and what kind of law firm we will become. Team and culture We are a small but growing team with high ambitions. The culture is characterized by entrepreneurship, pace, responsibility, and close collaboration. We don't believe in legal services produced in silos or hidden behind unnecessary complexity. We believe in clarity, business understanding, quality, and delivery. We are looking for people who want to build something new – not just maintain old work methods in a new suit. We offer: great influence over work methods, client model, and legal delivery, close client contact and own responsibility from the start, the opportunity to work with exciting growth companies and entrepreneur-driven clients, a modern, AI-driven work environment, flexible working arrangements with the possibility of hybrid work, office in central Gothenburg, the possibility of an incentive program and potentially partnership for the right person We are looking for you to help us build the future of business legal advice. With us, you can combine qualified legal work with entrepreneurship, AI, and business-focused advice – in a company where your contribution makes a real difference from day one. You will be employed directly by the company. You will receive information about which company the ad concerns when you are in contact with the recruiter. Bumbli Group is therefore not the employer but the recruitment company. Welcome to apply! House of Recruitment is a personal, traditional, and quality-driven recruitment firm in Gothenburg.
