We expect: academic or second-level higher professional legal education; good legal knowledge in areas of law corresponding to the division's scope of work (civil law and administrative law); understanding of issues related to handling public property (its management, transfer for use, disposition) and financial resources; practical work experience as a lawyer/legal counsel for at least one year; preferably experience working with public property (its management, transfer for use, disposition) and financial resources; excellent general clerical skills and ability to express yourself in writing in an argued, concise, grammatically and stylistically correct manner; competencies: analytical thinking, teamwork, results-oriented approach, ethics; good skills in using technical tools and systems (MS Office applications and web browsers at user level, databases); eID card for performing job duties. Main job responsibilities: provide legal support in state real estate lease rights, hunting rights lease granting procedures, state movable property disposition procedures, and lease offer selection procedures; participate in commission work, evaluate documents, provide legal opinions, prepare and review procedural and decision documents; prepare real estate, hunting rights lease, rental, use, management agreements and movable property disposition agreements, organize their execution, provide legal support in monitoring and managing their performance; examine and prepare draft responses to submissions from state and local government institutions as well as private persons; evaluate the legal quality of documents and their compliance with regulatory acts; prepare documents for recovery of debts arising from use agreements; represent the Center's interests in court and other institutions. Please note that the position competition will take place in two rounds - during the first round the competition commission will evaluate submitted documents and candidates' compliance with requirements. The competition commission will invite only candidates who have passed the first round selection to the second round - interview.
