Are you technically minded and enjoy extensive customer interaction? Do you want to start your career at a global and well-known company where you have the opportunity to develop long-term? Then this could be the job for you!
ASSA ABLOY is now looking for a maintenance technician for its team in the Gothenburg area—a role for someone who wants to combine technical work, service, and customer dialogue in their daily work. The work involves planning, performing, documenting, and following up on preventive maintenance of the company's products. An important part of the job is carefully inspecting the condition, safety, and general status of systems, as well as performing cleaning, adjustments, and other preventive measures. As part of maintenance work, you'll prepare quotes based on your recommendations.
The work requires a proactive and solution-oriented approach, where wear, safety risks, deviations, and potential future issues are identified early. The role also includes responsibility for managing and reporting needs for spare parts and materials, and ensuring that work is carried out in a structured and efficient manner.
Customer interaction is a natural and important part of everyday work, where you represent the company and build long-term relationships. The work takes place in varying environments and requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday. The position involves travel within the district.
StudentConsulting is responsible for the recruitment process, and the final candidate will be directly employed by ASSA ABLOY. A probationary period applies. The position is intended to start immediately.
