Heat Management is a Swedish, growing green-tech company in the Energy Sector. We offer energy efficiency solutions, with a focus on automated intelligent online cleaning.
The technology, which is completely unique, allows customers to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase capacity, while saving money. Our customers are located all over the world and in several different sectors; combined heat and power plants, paper mills, sawmills, cruise ships, and more.
We are now looking for additional service technicians to join our organization.
The tasks in this position are highly varied. You have a key role with our customers and spend a lot of time in the field, but you are also in the office.
In the field, you will perform everything from routine service visits to leading assembly work. Our customers are spread all over the world, and your travel destinations will vary greatly. One week you might be on a cruise ship in the Caribbean, and the next week at a paper mill in Indonesia or in Skutskär. The work involves independent work, but you will work as part of a team with a responsible project manager for support.
At our nice office in central Sundbyberg, you perform administrative tasks, plan, and transfer field experience to the rest of the organization.
The position involves traveling on average 10 days per month.
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone who is practical, works independently, is thorough and structured in documentation. It's a plus if you enjoy traveling, as this is a major part of this role.
As a person, you are communicative and good at building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You are solution-oriented and take responsibility for your well-thought-out solutions.
We would like to see that you have an academic degree and that you are interested in large-scale energy production.
Merit factors
It is meritorious if you have work experience within electrical or energy fields, and/or experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Experience with energy facilities.
Worked at sea.
