About the role
EEC is growing and strengthening its market position within cabinet and automation builders, industry, energy companies, and their subcontractors. To support our continued growth, we are now looking for a junior sales representative who wants to develop and eventually take on an independent role in technical sales.
You will work closely with our experienced sales representatives and sales manager, and learn the industry, products, and customers in depth – including through supplier technical training, building pipeline internally, and gradually taking on your own customer responsibility within smaller segments.
What you will do
• Process leads and build pipeline for the team's experienced sales representatives via phone, email, and CRM
• Book and occasionally attend customer meetings together with an experienced colleague
• Gradually take on your own responsibility for smaller customers or a defined segment, as you develop
• Learn our product range and the basics of high-voltage, AMS, and automation accessories
• Participate in technical product training from our suppliers
• Handle quotations, follow-ups, and administration in CRM
• Be part of the daily operations in a smaller, entrepreneurially-driven company – close to warehouse, procurement, and management
Who we think you are
We're not looking for someone who already knows everything, but for you who is curious, structured, and wants to learn for real. You have:
• Curiosity about technology and a desire to understand the customer's reality, not just sell on the surface
• Initiative – you take action but ask when uncertain
• Ability to receive feedback and develop quickly
• Humility – you help out where needed in a smaller team
• Desire to build structure and habits in CRM from the start
Requirements
• Experience from sales and/or customer & support service
• Interest in technology, industry, or B2B business
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Comfortable with or quick to learn digital tools (CRM, Office/Google Workspace)
Merits
• Education or experience in technology, electrical, automation, or industry
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or active sales
• Class B driver's license
• Openness to and curiosity about using AI tools in sales and customer work
Technical areas you will encounter
Among others: high-voltage components, AMS (work with voltage), distribution and assembly materials for switchboards and substations, grounding, cabinet accessories, and personal protective equipment (PPE). You are not expected to know this from the start – we will teach you.
This is not the role for you if you
• Want to sit alone and just chase volume without learning the products
• Don't want to receive guidance or feedback
• Are looking for a clear "office job" without customer contact
• Are not interested in eventually growing into greater sales responsibility
What you get from us
• Fixed monthly salary
• Training and mentorship from experienced sales representatives
• Technical product training via our suppliers
• Wellness allowance
• Massage
• Occupational pension
• Short decision-making paths and great opportunity to grow in a smaller, entrepreneurially-driven company
• Work location: Kungsbacka (based at own warehouse/office)
• Employment type: Permanent position, full-time
• Reports to: Sales Manager (Nathalie Spiric)
