Do you have a year or so of project experience and want to develop into a project manager long-term? We're looking for a curious and responsible junior project coordinator who wants to support experienced project managers in a long-term change initiative. Here you'll learn project management in practice, take on growing responsibility, and become part of a happy team with strong collective expertise.
About the Role:
You'll become part of a team working on projects related to process changes and long-term planning.
In this role, you'll primarily support and assist the team's senior project managers. You'll help with administration, documentation, follow-up, and coordination while gaining valuable insight into how larger projects are planned and executed.
Initially, you'll work closely with the senior project managers, but as you become comfortable in the role, there's an opportunity to take on greater independent responsibility. This role suits you if you're ambitious about developing in project management, willing to take initiative, and willing to ask for more tasks when you're ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior project managers in ongoing project work
Handle project administration and documentation
Coordinate and follow up on activities, materials, and timelines
Plan and lead simpler workshops
Communicate with various stakeholders within projects
Contribute to developing and improving work methods and processes
Progressively take responsibility for own activities and smaller project components
We're Looking for You:
You have one to two years of experience working in or supporting smaller projects
You're ambitious about developing further in project management
You're comfortable with administrative and documentation work
You communicate and collaborate well with different types of people
You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
It's a Bonus If You Have:
Experience with XLPM, PRINCE2, or similar project methodologies
Experience planning or leading meetings and workshops
Experience from the energy, power grid, or infrastructure sector
