MGAB is looking for a junior site manager who wants to develop with us and progressively take on greater responsibility in our projects. About the Role As a junior site manager, you work closely with our site managers and participate in project planning and execution. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in production, economics, workplace safety, and project management. You will, among other things: Plan and coordinate work on projects. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors. Participate in construction meetings and project monitoring. Work with economics, quality, and documentation. Progressively take on greater responsibility for your own projects. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop in earthworks and construction. Relevant education or industry experience is a plus. However, your attitude and willingness to learn are just as important to us. You should be driven, responsible, and solution-oriented, work well collaboratively, and be hungry for professional growth.
