Job Description Would you like to work at the intersection of logistics, engineering, data management, and tomorrow's AI solutions? We are now seeking a Junior Data Specialist for an exciting assignment within the defense industry. In this role, you will work with material data, article information, and technical information flows according to international standards. You will be an important part of developing efficient processes for data management and digitalization while supporting projects, customers, and internal operations. Your Responsibilities Work with material data and article information Process, analyze, and quality assure data from various systems Support projects regarding article information and logistic product data Create reports, compilations, and product information Work with data export and import in various formats Contribute to the development and automation of processes using programming and AI Participate in strategic improvement efforts regarding data management and information flows Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Very strong Excel skills Experience with programming, such as Python, VBA, C#, or Java Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, XML, XSLT, Access An analytical approach and strong problem-solving ability Good communication skills in Swedish and English Meritorious if you have: Knowledge of ASD S2000M Understanding of S1000D, S3000L, or similar standards Experience with AI or generative AI Ability to use AI-based tools for analysis or automation Engineering education or equivalent technical background Knowledge of the defense industry Experience with logistics data, spare parts management, or PLCS As a person, we believe you are curious, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy analyzing complex information, developing smarter ways of working, and collaborating with both technical specialists and customers. Since the position is within the defense industry, you must have Swedish citizenship.
