Junior Corporate Counsel to Stockholm

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a junior corporate counsel for a growing company. This role is perfect for you if you want to work close to business operations and have the opportunity to develop within business law, corporate law, and regulatory matters in a dynamic organization. This is a broad legal role where you will work closely with multiple parts of the organization and provide legal support. Your Responsibilities As a junior corporate counsel, you will work broadly with legal matters and support the business in daily operations. Your responsibilities will include providing legal advice to different parts of the organization as well as reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts. You will also work on developing and updating internal policies, guidelines, and other governance documents, as well as handling corporate law and regulatory matters. The role also involves contributing to compliance work and the development of internal processes. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Law degree Approximately 1–3 years of experience from a law firm or working in a company Interest in business law and regulatory matters Strong communication skills Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, we believe you are: Analytical and organized Independent and responsible Professional and collaborative Positive and service-oriented About the Assignment This role is a temp-to-hire position, and you will be employed as a consultant with us at Awexia for the first 6 months.
