What does it mean to be a temporary nurse with us?
Your work shifts will be scheduled 16.00-02.00 and you will then be on call until 08.00.
You work from home and reside in Tyresö/Älta/Farsta or the surrounding area. You are responsible for health and medical care in the evenings and nights at several care and residential facilities. You perform scheduled visits and acute assessments as well as provide telephone advice to facility staff. We work with evidence-based decision support tools.
You are a support for both patients, relatives, and staff.
We provide a company vehicle.
Who are you?
You enjoy working independently and having the freedom to structure your work days/nights
You are confident in your role as a nurse with at least 3 years of professional experience and you can make quick decisions
You take initiative, are proactive, and can juggle multiple tasks
You are experienced at structuring and organizing your work
You are comfortable working in different medical record systems and are a proficient IT user
You want to make a difference for our elderly and are always friendly in your interactions
You are a good driver
A driver's license and computer skills are required, as is the ability to express yourself very well in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
Specialist training or experience in emergency care, home healthcare, palliative care, and geriatrics is a merit.
