Groundwork Assistant - Part-time

We're looking for someone who wants to make a real difference in another person's everyday life. This is a part-time position at 50-75% during daytime/evening hours. The workplace is located in Eskilstuna. As a personal assistant, you work closely with a child with comprehensive need for support, structure, and communication. The work involves being a reliable and stable support throughout the day's various activities, both at home and in other environments. It is a prerequisite that you speak and understand Swedish fluently. We're looking for someone who: Has experience working with children or people with disabilities. Has knowledge of or experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Is calm, confident, and has a low-affect approach. Is patient and can provide support at the pace the situation requires. Has the ability to create structure, predictability, and security in daily life. Is attentive, responsible, and can work preventatively. Has good collaboration skills and can follow shared work methods and routines. Has strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You understand that development and communication sometimes require time, repetition, and persistence.
