About the role
As a Job Search Advisor, you work closely with other advisors in the same region and have the opportunity to both influence and develop.
In this role, you will:
Coach and guide individuals facing or undergoing transition.
Support, inspire, and challenge job seekers in recurring meetings on their path to new employment.
Make decisions about and implement transition measures based on action plans toward education, work, or self-employment.
Collaborate with companies, education providers, authorities, and other labor market actors.
Administer and document completed measures.
Create and lead group activities for job seekers.
Meet job seekers and colleagues both in person and digitally.
We are looking for someone who
Has experience working with coaching, guidance, and meeting people in vulnerable situations.
Has experience guiding individuals in exploring the labor market for education, internships, employment, or self-employment.
Has knowledge of the Swedish Employment Agency (Arbetsförmedlingen), the Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan), and other public actors, and is familiar with our target groups (municipalities, regions, and municipal enterprises).
Has relevant academic educational background.
Has experience monitoring the external environment with good knowledge of the local labor market and labor market issues in general.
It is meritorious to have expertise in rehabilitation and/or career and study counseling.
B-class driving license.
