We are seeking an employee to work at our offices in Upplands Väsby and Märsta within the Prepare and Match service. The position is temporary part-time (50%) with good opportunities for full-time (100%) within the coming months. We are looking for an individual with humility and a friendly attitude, who enjoys collaborating closely with people. You should feel confident in your role as a guide and advisor, and possess solid knowledge of labor market dynamics. In addition to a strong service orientation, it is desirable that you have a personality that dares to take initiative, build relationships with candidates, and network with companies. Alternative 1 Requirements for Job Coach Competence Education: University degree of at least 180 credits (120 credits according to previous system). The provider decides which field of study is most appropriate to achieve the goal of the position. Work Experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time experience can also be accepted if the total working time equals full-time employment over two (2) years. Alternative 2 Requirements for Job Coach Competence Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Work Experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks: Management with personnel responsibility. Recruitment. Restructuring work for job seekers. Study and career guidance. Handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration). Work with labor and labor market issues. Work with social and group psychology. Career counseling.
