About the Job Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a job coach/mentor to join our team within the Rusta and Matcha program. As a job coach, you will work with unemployed participants and provide them with support and guidance to find the right path to employment or education. Your assignment is to create individual action plans, monitor progress, and provide participants with concrete tools to strengthen their chances on the job market. Individual coaching and support for participants in job searching Create action plans and set goals for each participant Motivate and engage participants to take active steps toward employment or education Collaborate with employers to find matching jobs for participants Document and report progress according to the Rusta and Matcha program guidelines Qualifications: Experience working as a job coach, mentor, or similar role Understanding of the job market and tools to help job seekers Ability to build strong relationships and motivate others Structured and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently Interest and commitment to helping people move closer to the job market Alternative 1: At least 180 university credits (120 credits according to the previous system) At least two years of full-time work experience Alternative 2: At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas: Work management with personnel responsibility - Recruitment - Career transition work for job seekers - Career and vocational guidance - Handling of personnel matters (not administration only) - Work with employment and labor market issues - Work with social and group Eligible for new start job support Work location: Trollhättan and Vänersborg Application: Submit your application and CV to: [email protected]
