Job Duties
As a temporary employee in elderly care, you will contribute to providing users with a safe and meaningful everyday life. The work is varied and adapted based on the operations and the individual's needs. You will receive introduction and training in care, transfer techniques, medication, and documentation.
This position is aimed at you who want to work in Rävlanda, which is located in Härryda municipality. Since public transportation in the area is limited – especially in early mornings and late evenings – it is important that you have the ability to get to work on your own. Work shifts can start as early as 07:00 and end at 22:00, which places demands on flexibility and availability.
To compensate for these conditions, we offer higher wages for work in Rävlanda compared to other parts of the municipality.

We are recruiting temporary employees for:
Care and Support Housing
You support users with personal care, social interaction, activities, meals, cleaning, laundry, and certain delegated health and medical care services. Contact with family members and social documentation are included.
Work hours are irregular and may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
At least 18 years old.
Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written.
Good computer skills.
Have the ability to get to Rävlanda on time for the shift start at 07:00 and be able to travel home after the shift ends at 22:15.
Ability to work at least two days per week.
Ability to take and follow instructions and delegated work tasks.
Extract from the Police Criminal Records Register – Verification of personal information and work in the home with elderly persons and persons with disabilities
Meritorious
Relevant education in care, support, or disability services.
Experience working in elderly care, home care, disability support, or personal assistance.
Experience with the current target group.
Experience with documentation in activity management systems.
Several years of work experience.
