We offer you an introduction in the form of relevant training and on-the-job mentoring at the unit. The introduction is paid, and some parts take place digitally. Work shifts are scheduled during the day, evening, or nights, on weekdays as well as weekends. You must be able to be at the workplace at 7 a.m. in the morning, even on weekends. Our common facility is centrally located in Habo.
You should be comfortable working in a team as well as working independently. There may be pets at some service users' homes.
Bus 114 runs between Jönköping and Habo 2 times/hour. Train Skövde-Nässjö via Habo departs every hour. We offer free staff parking and nice cycling paths.

WORK DUTIES
Your work involves providing care and support to our service users at our different units. You should be comfortable working with and assisting both women and men in their daily lives and personal care.
You will work with service users who are different and have different needs. You need to be adaptable and flexible with a dose of patience and humor.
Documentation in social records occurs continuously.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with commitment, closeness, and responsibility who wants to work to help our service users live as independently as possible. It is desirable if you have training or other relevant knowledge.
You should be able to speak, write, and understand Swedish very well. Communication with our service users is important, and you should be able to document events in your daily work.
You must be 18 years old to work in our organization, and it is an advantage if you have a B driver's license. Within our organization, personal suitability is given great weight.
