JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking a new colleague for 1177 in Växjö. As a nurse with us, you work with medical advice via telephone and digital care. In your work, you have the support of a quality-assured national decision support system and a shared phone number for the entire country. You meet people in many different life situations, which requires both medical expertise and a professional, calm, and trustworthy approach. Working hours are scheduled during day, evening, and weekend shifts. At 1177, the work environment is characterized by close collaboration, short decision-making processes, and an open climate where colleagues support each other. You will receive individualized onboarding and a mentor who will support you through your first period and contribute to your development in the role. The workplace is located in Växjö, with the possibility of remote work to some extent. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed nurse with several years of clinical experience. Specialist training as a district nurse and experience from a health center or telephone advisory services are meritorious. To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be flexible, have good prioritization skills, and be able to make well-founded decisions even when the pace is high. You are confident in your profession and have the ability to handle both complex and sometimes stressful situations with calm, structure, and good judgment.
